Company Overview

1-Pager, Updated August-2026

Cuby Technologies, Inc. is a full-stack technology company that develops scalable hardware & software systems to improve building processes in new home construction (and beyond it). Cuby designs, develops, and deploys Mobile Micro-Factories (MMF)™ that manufacture and assemble homes for the masses.

TLDR:

Infrastructure for how housing gets built.

OUR MISSION:

Empower others to build a better physical world.

OUR VISION:

Deploy network of Mobile Micro-Factories (MMF)™ at global scale to solve challenges within construction economy, making high-quality homes faster and more affordable for everyone.

WHY IT MATTERS:

Abundance begins with housing—and housing is an engineering problem we're solving at scale.

KEY FACTS:

  • Category: Infrastructure, Advanced Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Construction, Housing
  • Founded: 2021
  • Headquarters: New York City, NY, USA
  • Other Locations: R&D in Eastern Europe, Mass Production in China
  • Headcount: ...
  • Technology Readiness Level: 8→9 (Commercialization)
  • Engineering Hours: ...
  • Lines of Code Written: 610,000
  • Core Metric: Output to Labor Efficiency
  • Phase I of Master Plan: 275 MMFs Globally

WHAT WE DO:

The Mobile Micro-Factory (MMF)™ is the product. It's a mobile, rapidly deployable manufacturing platform that can land anywhere and begin production immediately. Essentially a factory-in-a-box, each unit contains specialized stations that produce or prepare distinct components of a home—enabling highly customized building elements at industrial scale and cost. Components are manufactured just-in-time, packaged, palletized, and delivered last-mile to construction sites for staged assembly from foundation to finishes.

MMF Specifications:

  • Function: Localized Manufacturer (Maker & Preparer) of Building Components, Last-Mile Assembler (General Contractor, All Sub-Contractors)
  • Service Radius: 185-Miles or 108K Square Miles
  • Footprint: 6.5 Acres
  • Production Floor: 33,000 SqFt
  • Set Up Time: 90 Days
  • All-In Capitalization: Sub-$25M Per MMF or 1/10th of Typical Factories (Incl. Land, Land Infrastructure, CapEx, Working Capital)
  • Annual Output Potential: 430,000 SqFt or 216 Homes (Assumes Two Shifts and 1,991 SqFt Homes)
  • Target Revenues: $55-70M
  • Target Gross Margins: 25-30%
  • Target Returns: +40% IRR (Unlevered, 10-Year Hold) or 4-Year Payback Period
  • Downside: 30% Throughput to Breakeven P&L

Cuby's byproduct is homes that represent the pinnacle of cost, speed, and quality.

Homes Specifications:

  • IBC-Compliant, Built On-Site
  • Deceptively Familiar Homes (Featuring Steel Tube Structural Elements, Triple-Pane Windows, Premium Steel & Closed-Cell Foam Panels, Etc.)
  • Boundless Permutations From Interchangeable Components (Different Sizes, Layouts, and Finishes)
  • MMF Responsible for Localized Manufacturing & Assembly of Components End-To-End (Foundation to Finishes)
  • Hard Costs: 30-50% Below Averages (Self-Cost to MMF Incl. Materials & Labor, Foundation to Finishes)
  • Timing: 30-60 Days (Foundation to Finishes, 5x Faster)
  • Labor Requirements: Four-Person On-Site Crew (No Specialized Trades Required, Two Shifts)

Homes are just one form of our many byproducts. Our scalable system seamlessly adapts to other building types, varying from barracks to edge data centers to commercial retail, with the same Mobile Micro-Factory (MMF)™ platform.

WHO WE WORK WITH:

We sell production capacity, not homes—empowering proven builders to meet explosive housing demand with distributed manufacturing infrastructure.

Our strategy entails selective independent MMF deployments in key markets, plus joint ventures with regional operators (strong track records, solid balance sheets) who co-invest and anchor offtake—de-risking rapid, capital-efficient scaling.

We work with a gamut of stakeholders ranging from regional builders (<4,500 homes/year; >40% of U.S. single-family construction) to public sector entities to financial institutions deploying capital into high-yield infrastructure.
